These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.futuretechicon.com and the VPS hosting services provided by FutureTech Icon ("we", "us", "our"). By ordering or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Usage Rules
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for all activity on your server and for keeping your credentials secure.
- Prohibited uses include: illegal content or activity, phishing, malware distribution, spam/bulk unsolicited email, copyright infringement, DDoS or attack traffic, cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval, and any activity that harms our network or other customers.
- You must comply with all applicable laws of India and of any jurisdiction from which you use the services.
2. Payment Terms
- All plans are billed in advance on a monthly (or agreed) cycle, in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise.
- Services are activated after payment confirmation.
- Invoices unpaid after the due date may result in service suspension; data may be permanently deleted 7 days after suspension.
- Prices may be revised with prior notice; renewals occur at the then-current rates.
3. Refund Policy
- New VPS orders are eligible for a refund if a written request is made within 7 days of activation, provided the service was not used in violation of these Terms.
- Renewal payments, add-ons, licences and setup fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Uptime & Support
We target 99.9% network uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control. Support is available 24/7 via email.
5. Backups & Data
While we provide backup tooling, you remain responsible for maintaining independent copies of your data. We are not liable for data loss.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureTech Icon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or business, arising from use of or inability to use our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the one (1) month preceding the claim.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
- We may suspend or terminate services immediately, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, abuse of resources, or activity that threatens our infrastructure or other customers.
- Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account closure without refund.
- You may cancel your service at any time from your account or by written request; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our registered city.
